Father and Son Bike Ride in Aid of HBH

Words: Amy on April 6, 2018

Jay Mckenny and his son Matteo will be blasting 500 miles (accumulative) minimum of cycling to raise money in support of  Help Bristol’s Homeless. Jay wants to contribute to the £10,000 needed to convert a shipping container.

After some personal struggles of his own, he wants to push it to the limit covering u.k trails, bike parks and national free trails and single track.

“Keeping in mind that no matter how tired or cold I am, it’s nothing compared to how cold it could be, I have a home to go to so I’ll be shutting up and powering through for people that matter.

His 16 year old son will be joining me as well and also my 2 year old lab trail dog in training Jessie will also in to keep me company on the way!

We are extremely grateful to Jay and his family and wish him the best of luck, you can support Jay [HERE]
