Out and about

Words: Amy Murray on October 2, 2019

Our founder Jasper is continually out and about in Bristol, and the wider area, aiming to spread the word and increase awareness of not only our charity, but the issues surrounding homelessness, and ways we can all help to combat the problem.

One of Jasper’s most recent outings took him to a local Scouts group in Backwell – the Barracuda Explorers Scout Unit. He spoke to the group all about Help Bristol’s Homeless which proved impactful..

“I could have listened to him all night”.

Jasper loves inspiring people across our community, and getting people of all ages and backgrounds thinking about homelessness. He continues to prove how grassroots community support is vital.

The Scouts Group have a ‘sleepout’ planned for November – we’re wishing them lots of luck with this and sure they’ll do an excellent job in raising awareness and money for our cause. Thank you to everyone involved!

Watch this space for more information and updates on how they get on!
